Experiential Wellness for First Responders CourseTM
This three-day experiential course is designed specifically for first responders seeking more than traditional wellness training. Blending evidence-informed education with immersive, hands-on modalities, participants will explore how cumulative stress impacts the nervous system, decision-making, and overall well-being. Through guided experiences, practical tools, and intentional reflection, attendees will learn how to regulate their stress response, build sustainable resilience, reduce the long-term impact of the work, and carry those skills back into both the job and everyday life.
